Located in one of Warsaw's most modern districts, the Skyliner is an exclusive 42-
story building that is also home to the MINDSPACE SKYLINER coworking office.
Our latest project offers 4400 square metres of space for freelancers and
entrepreneurs. The high-tech design of the building is an enthralling blend of
MINDSPACE's artistic sensibility and boutique style. The luxury coworking office
building not only features modular furniture, but also custom-made wood and
upholstered pieces from the Basic Collection.

WARSAW
Etele Plaza is Hungary's third largest shopping and entertainment centre, with 55,000
square metres of space. The building has a unique and distinctive appearance, with
a total of 180 shops on three floors.
The modern and innovative architectural concepts are perfectly complemented and
supported by quality designer furniture from the Basic Collection. The furnishing of
the project was a complex task due to the variety of areas and spaces that serve
different functions and needs, but our expert team succeeded in meeting the
challenge with an outstanding performance.

Etele Plaza
This office space has been developed to reflect Island's pioneering and complex
problem-solving identity in the field of customer security. The end result suggests not
a typical office environment, but a space disconnected and removed from its external
surroundings, encouraging internal reflection and inspiring creative thinking.
The Basic Collection furniture is designed to meet this requirement in addition to the
necessary functions, taking also into account the characteristics of the location, which
means that the interior should be able to thrive in a coastal, urban environment.

YAMA is an Asian fusion restaurant in the heart of Budapest – an experiential, soulful
gastronomic experience. YAMA means "on top of the mountain" in Japanese. To be
at the top of the mountain is an impulse incomparable to anything else: a liberating
adventure of freedom, experience, joy and wonder like no other.
The YAMA experience is not just about gastronomy. It goes beyond the art of
cooking, beyond the sheer sum of ingredients, flavours, and preparation methods.
The sounds, smells, sights, and ambience are as much a part of the experience as
the food and drink alone.

The ibis&TRIBE Budapest Stadium offers 332 hotel rooms, various F&B services
and a complex with conference and fitness facilities. The lower level is designed as a
community space with a pleasant lobby in the centre and a lounge that also functions
as a business corner. The entire hotel is furnished with Basic Collection pieces.
This unique project has been designed according to the latest environmental,
sustainability and occupational health and safety standards, in line with BREEAM
Excellent and Access4you Gold certifications. The building's A+ offices, hotels and
commercial units cater for the comfort and practical needs of all their users.

Az ibis &TRIBE Budapest Stadium 332 szállodai szobát, különböző F&B
szolgáltatásokat, illetve konferencia- és fitneszlétesítményekkel felszerelt
komplexumot kínál. Koncepciójának megfelelően az alsó szinten közösségi terek
találhatók hangulatos lobbival a középpontban, valamint egy üzleti sarokként is
funkcionáló társalgóval. A hotel teljes területét Basic Collection bútorokkal rendezték
be.
Az egyedülálló projektet a legújabb környezetvédelmi, fenntarthatósági és
munkavédelmi előírásoknak megfelelően tervezték, a BREEAM Excellent és az
Access4you Gold minősítésekkel összhangban. Az épület A+ kategóriás irodaterei,
szállodái és kereskedelmi egységei minden felhasználója kényelmét és praktikus
igényeit kiszolgálják.

A YAMA egy ázsiai fúziós étterem Budapest szívében, egy élményközpontú, lélekkel teli gasztroszentély. A YAMA japánul annyit tesz: a hegy csúcsán. A hegy csúcsán lenni semmi máshoz nem fogható impulzus: a szabadságnak, a megtapasztalásnak, az örömnek és a rácsodálkozásnak semmihez nem hasonlítható, felszabadító kalandja.
A YAMA-élmény nem pusztán a gasztronómiáról szól. Túlmutat a konyhaművészeten, az összetevők, ízek és elkészítési módok puszta összességén. Ennek az élménynek legalább ugyanolyan fontos részét képezik a hangok, az illatok, a látvány és az atmoszféra, mint maga az étel és az ital.

Legújabb projektünk 4400 négyzetméteren várja a szabadúszókat és vállalkozókat. Az épület csúcstechnológiai kialakítása izgalmasan vegyül a MINDSPACE által képviselt művészi érzékenységgel megalkotott boutique stílusával. A luxus co-working irodaházban nem csak a mobiliák, de az egyedi gyártású fa és kárpitos bútorok is a Basic Collection segítségével valósulhattak meg.

Ez az irodahelyiség olyan módon került kialakításra, hogy tükrözze az Island úttörő és összetett problémamegoldó identitását az ügyfélbiztonság területén. A végeredmény nem egy tipikus irodai környezetet sugall, hanem egy külső környezetétől elszakított, eltávolított teret, amely belső reflexióra ösztönöz, a kreatív gondolkodást inspirálva.
A Basic Collection bútorok a szükséges funkciók mellett ehhez igazodnak, figyelembe véve a lokáció adottságait is, mi szerint egy tengerparti, városi környezetben kell megállnia a helyét az enteriőrnek.

Az Etele Pláza Magyarország harmadik legnagyobb, 55 ezer négyzetméteres bevásárló és szórakoztató központja. Az épület megjelenése egyedi és különleges, három szintjén összesen 180 üzlet került kialakításra.
A modern és újító építészeti megoldásokat tökéletesen kiegészítik és megtámogatják a Basic Collection minőségi design bútorai. A projekt bútorozása egy összetett feladat volt a különböző funkciókat ellátó és igényt kielégítő területek és helyiségek miatt, szakértő csapatunk azonban kiválóan teljesítette a kihívást.
